The hotel offered a convenient location near the train station. Access to coffee and water was available throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided a really good selection. It definitely added value to the experience. Staff were supportive. They answered my questions and provided helpful travel information.
The signage outside was not very clear. I found it slightly difficult to locate the entrance at first.

Basilica de santa maria maggiore is right across the street. It was super convenient. the hotel is in a nice quiet area, i enjoyed that. the staff were always present and helpful with anything i needed. one even let me use his phone charger when mine broke, VERY nice.
there NEEDS to be better signage out the front of the building. it was confusing to find the hotel as it isn't just the hotel. you have to go up to level 4 to reach the reception.

Breakfast had many selections including gluten free breads if needed, which i thought was very thoughtful. coffee, tea, and water machines are available. breakfast was also fantastic. What a great way to start your day.

The hotel is in a great location to walk to all the site seeing, except for the vatican. st maria maggiore basilica is RIGHT across the street. there are many good places to eat and shop nearby. Very convenient.

The room was WELL sound proofed. It was very clean and safe. it was also beautifully decorated. my room also had a fridge filled with complimentary drinks upon arrival, a super nice touch.

The hotel staff allowed us to store luggage and get breakfast when we arrived early before check in time. they also provided food recommendations. I REALLY appreciated that. they provided transportation suggestions and help if needed too.

The hotel's location is convenient. I found the hop-on-hop-off bus stop right across from the hotel. Saint Mary Major Basilica is also just steps away. I really appreciated the helpful staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.
The signage outside could be improved, as the hotel occupies only the 4th floor of the building.
